I'm looking for someone who knows Kara like the back of their hand to lead our "B group" aka: late nighters group. Applicants must be able to lead a kara raid, know all bosses and be able to be nice and not get me bombarded with complaints about their leading style. Preferably your leading style will be one where you don't blame anyone for a wipe (unless its retardedly obvious) and just get back on the horse and do it again. You must also be able to be online from about 7:30 ish pm till really late...I'm guessing a good time would be about 2 or 3 am, or whenever the group thinks its bed time. This groups raid time start will be about 8:30p on two different weekdays . Said days are TBA.

I'm going to be super super picky about this, so picky in fact that even after I pick someone I might replace them , and then replace that guy too. So in addition to all the above requirements, the applicant also needs to be able to handle being replaced very gracefully and not take it personally. Who knows, I may replace the 3rd guy with the 1st guy again....
