Official guild raiding days are:
Monday: OFF - pug night Tuesday: 6:00p-10:00p Wednesday: 6:00p-10:00p Thursday: OFF - farming day =) Friday: 6:00p-10:00p Saturday: 4:00p-9:00p (possibly off if we have a good week) Sunday: OFF - pug night *All times are in "server time"
Be ready and available 15 minutes before raid time (more if possible). If a raid is not scheduled or being formed and executed at the assigned time, please continue to stay available anyway (not in a instance, heroic, or other raid) until 30 minutes after the assigned start time to give us time to get everything organized and attempt to get one going.

Badge Farming / Other guild "raids"
We will continue to have group/guild activities and runs every day when possible. Even days off and/or when not enough people show up to a raid for some unknown reason. Badge farming runs will occur anytime there is a viable group that has time to do it.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Getting Loot
There is a loot council in place which is generally comprised of the person leading the raid, the guild leader and/or any officers currently in the run. If anyone ever disagrees with a loot council decision, they are free to bring it up after the raid or in whispers. We maintain this loot council in an effort to be as fair as is humanly possible.
Higher guild ranks will result in better odds of getting loot. We use rank as a means of judging loyalty, skill and longevity with the guild. therefore we reward higher ranked members. Higher ranked members who show a new found lack of skill or commitment, or who are showing signs of burnout (aka: not performing as well as they used to now that they have gear) can be demoted until they improve - this is to prevent people from working hard and then coasting - which is bad for progression.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rules for Guild Rank Promotions:
Recruits (Guild Rank) will be promoted to Casual when they have proven themselves to an Officer or Guild Leader. Promotion Criteria we look for at this rank:
1. Reliability
2. Ability to listen and follow directions
3. Attitude
4. Ability to not stand in slime/fire/void zones
Casuals will be promoted to Raider when they prove themselves to an Officer or GL. Promotion Criteria we look for at this rank:
1. How knowledgeable you are about the game in general
2. Displays knowledge of own class and specs
3. Being helpful to guildies
4. Reliability
5. Ability to listen and follow directions
6. Attitude
7. Ability to not stand in slime/fire/void zones
Anyone can be promoted to Officer when they prove themselves to a Guild Leader (and actually want to lead raids & settle disputes). Criteria we look for in potential officers:
1. How knowledgeable you are about boss fights and raiding strats
2. Ability to lead without upsetting or insulting others
3. Show exceptional Dedication to the guild
4. Bring in new (good) members
5. Show exceptional skill with and knowledge about your class, including various talent builds and specs, and at least cursory knowledge about other classes and basic game info such as hit caps, etc.
6. Don't be a loot whore =)
7. Be humble, and not "power hungry"
8. Fairness
9. Friendliness, i.e. don't talk bad about others- instead - try to help them improve.
10. Attitude

Rank Roles
The primary function of Rank in this guild is to serve as a moniker to allow people forming raids to know who is most reliable and wants to raid the most. Raiders will generally be chosen over Casuals. Recruits are a different breed and we will sometimes take a recruit over a casual IF the recruit is new to the guild and needs "tested" or is needed in the raids due to class/role requirements. Recruits, Casuals & Raiders pay a weekly tax to the guild bank in the amount of 10 gold. This is to cover raiding repair costs for the guild. This is a fair amount, if you are not sure where to come up with this amount of gold, just go do 1 daily quest at L80 and you'll be set for the whole week.
Officer rank is not a cool club. They are expected to look out for the well being, recruiting and progression of the guild. Officers are also expected to be more reliable and mature, and as such are given the added responsibility of being the people everyone turns to when they need to resolve a dispute. So unless you want more responsibility, and to pay higher guild taxes (Officers pay 15 gold / week in taxes), don't bother bitching that someone else got promoted and you didn't.
